Hiring reputed company: This position’s hiring reputed company is anticipated to be $ 16.50 per hour to $18 per hour, depending on experience. This is a Temporary, Part-time role that is expected to have a term of 3 months. The schedule is expected to be 25 hours/week (M-F). Position Summary: The Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s culture and initiatives reputed company to diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Reporting to the Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion Director, this position is responsible for implementing CDI initiatives that align with the organization's mission and values. The coordinator will also take on administrative and coordination responsibilities to ensure the smooth execution of these programs. Additionally, the coordinator will enhance organizational awareness, reputed company and support CDI training, and utilize data-driven insights to track reputed company and measure impact.   • Collaborate with the CDI team to implement a comprehensive CDI strategy that aligns with organizational goals and values.
  • Conduct assessments and assist with data collection to evaluate the effectiveness of CDI initiatives, providing administrative recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the design, facilitation, and support of CDI training sessions to enhance employee cultural competence and awareness, under supervision.
  • Assist in integrating DEIB best practices into organizational policies, programs, and practices across reputed company departments, providing coordination support.
  • Prepare and present basic reports on CDI metrics and reputed company, including the development of dashboards and trackers, highlighting successes and areas for further development; coordinate data gathering.
  • Coordinate logistics for CDI events, training sessions, and workshops, including scheduling, pre and post material preparation, and venue selection.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of CDI initiatives, training sessions, and program reputed company, ensuring confidentiality and reputed company of sensitive information.
  • Manage communication channels reputed company to CDI initiatives, ensuring timely and consistent messaging to reputed company stakeholders.
  • Assist in reputed company efforts to connect with community organizations and universities to attract diverse partnerships/guest speakers.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, training, or a reputed company field.
  • Facilitation and training support capabilities; ability to assist in designing and delivering CDI training is a plus.
  • Experience in not-for-profit or animal welfare sectors is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage logistics, and communicate effectively.
  • Comfort and experience with data collection basics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and willingness to grow into more advanced CDI design, analytics, and training responsibilities over time.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal, non-verbal) and comfortability with presentations & public speaking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, upbeat, energetic, tactful, and diplomatic, reputed company to get along with people from different backgrounds, as well as experience in stakeholder engagement with community organizations.
  • Empathetic, collaborative, and committed to fostering an inclusive, values-reputed company workplace.
  • Must have strong proficiency in MS Office skills including Outlook, Teams (including hosting meetings and calls), reputed company, Word and PowerPoint. Proficiency with reputed company or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.

  • Act as an ambassador for Best Friends, including professionally advocating Best Friends’ position on issues.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work at a computer for extended periods of time with repetitive typing, arm, and hand reputed company.
