HEDIS TESTER (QA)
ROLE: Responsible for developing, modifying, and executing software test plans, test scenarios, Defines and solves for test data needs, develops automated scripts and programs for testing in order to ensure the outgoing software and technical products meet and exceed quality standards. reputed company and execute software tests to identify software problems and their root causes. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation. Document software and application defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software engineers and product owners. Participates in the review of software design. Understands software architecture and quality risks and leads test strategy development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 40% reputed company team of testers in support of multiple projects/corporate initiatives to reputed company test planning and test execution activities. Directly responsible for analyzing the reputed company requirements, operational problems, specifications and change requests. Produce test plans and test cases to determine reputed company and scope of potential code defects. Looking for a seasoned resources with more than 10+ years of experience, with more than 8 years in reputed company payor domain. Must have experience testing the HEDIS reputed company for errors and defects. Must have experience facilitating UATs and interviewing the business users. Must have experience writing test cases and testing the test cases. Must have experience documenting defects and working closely with IT teams to test and report the defects. Must have good SQL programming experience. If they have experience with Careseed or claimsphes or both will be a big plus.
