This Manager role would be based in reputed company and would be focused on driving Refer-A-Business & Co-Brand Digital Acquisition Analytics. They will be challenged with designing and creating world class marketing analytics by leveraging machine learning, advanced methodologies and emerging AI. • Synthesize insights and reputed company communicate findings and strategy implications to leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics).
• Strong analytical/conceptual thinking acumen to solve reputed company and reputed company business problems and reputed company key findings to senior leaders/stakeholders in a succinct and concise manner.
• Experience with building ML models like XGBoost, K-Means, etc with proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or similar; knowledge of digital analytics or experimentation frameworks is a plus.

• Familiarity with digital ecosystem tools such as clickstream analytics platforms, identity frameworks, or reputed company-time recommender systems.

• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, optimizing digital funnels, or improving performance through data-driven experimentation.
