Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Sales (Hybrid), you'll be the reputed company of customer interaction, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to optimize their service experience, drive satisfaction, and loyalty. You'll handle new service requests, address existing customer needs, and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Your consultative approach will help you meet monthly sales goals and ultimately deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers.

  • Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions.
  • Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries as well as maintain customer records.
  • Be an expert at simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.
  • reputed company basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that reputed company multiple networks such as Internet, voice, and data services.

Requirements

* Call center or customer service experience.

  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify reputed company information and reputed company effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in multiple tools and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements
