Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Sales (Hybrid), you'll be the reputed company of customer interaction, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to optimize their service experience, drive satisfaction, and loyalty. You'll handle new service requests, address existing customer needs, and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers.
- Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions.
- Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries as well as maintain customer records.
- Be an expert at simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.

- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer interactions.
