Key Responsibilities

* Complete daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers.

• Coordinate with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing.
• Work member cases and sports assigned, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws.
• Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks.
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products.
• Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns.
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching.
• Complete daily balancing and department closing.
• Obtain information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests.
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information.
• Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers.
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws.
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member back checks on draft changes, process member checks, verify members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers.
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and legal fees.

Essential Qualifications

* High school degree or equivalent.

• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience.
• Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs.
