Key Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative (Work from Home) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades
- Using creative problem-solving skills to address reputed company customer questions and concerns

- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential
