Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing support to our customers reputed company various channels, including phone and chat. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with software navigation, help them locate prior returns and amendments, and escalate calls reputed company necessary. You'll also be responsible for:

Earnings Potential
* Earn up to $19 per hour
- Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times
- Peak rates apply January - reputed company
- Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
Schedule
* This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through reputed company 15th, 2025
