Job Summary
As a Clinical Support Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members reputed company. You'll respond to incoming calls, reputed company information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also work closely with reputed company to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

- Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and reputed company information to the caller

- Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)
- Utilize appropriate resources, including those online, to reputed company timely responses
- Manage time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is done in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position

- Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
