What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics. You'll be responsible for:

• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-reputed company as needed to ensure contact resolution.
• Operating with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, reputed company, and kindness to customers and Team Members alike.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of customer service experience

• Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry, as well as for rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support our customers

• High school diploma or equivalent

Technical Requirements
