Job Overview The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of HR Operations leads the strategic development and management of the organization’s total rewards programs, including Compensation, Benefits, reputed company Resource Systems, Employee Service Center, and Employee Health and Wellness. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred.
