Position Summary
We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division in San Antonio, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and reputed company solutions to help simplify our members' reputed company experience
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific clients
- Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Offer patient, helpful, and genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
Essential Qualifications:
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in reputed company-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards

Compensation and Benefits:
