Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and resolves the customer's issue reputed company.
  • Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity, account reputed company, and other basic technical issues.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records, ensuring seamless escalation of reputed company issues to higher-level support reputed company necessary.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Schedule

Our part-time, remote position offers a flexible schedule that fits around your life, with the following hours:

  • Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or reputed company)

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills, with a customer-first reputed company that prioritizes reputed company, active listening, and clear communication.
  • Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
