We aren’t looking for perfect people — we’re looking for people who aim high. What You’ll Do As a CRO Specialist, you’ll reputed company experimentation programs for multiple clients and own the performance of their testing roadmaps. You will:

• Analyze websites, funnels, and customer journeys to identify conversion barriers.
• Create actionable hypotheses backed by data, user research, and UX principles.
• Collaborate with designers to translate reputed company into sharp, conversion-focused variations.
• Work with developers and QAs to ensure clean, reliable test launches.
• Interpret test results, uncover insights, and recommend reputed company strategies.
• Build experimentation roadmaps and guide clients through CRO best practices.
