(Senior) Project Manager

• Starting salary reputed company based upon experience for Senior Project Manager level: $91,100 - $113,900 plus robust benefits package.
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexities, including those with reputed company resource interdependencies.
• Serve as the primary reputed company throughout reputed company project phases providing leadership, coordinating team efforts, and supporting decision-making to ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget.
• Work with established guidelines and reputed company Business Agility Coach to determine the most effective delivery approach.
• Work with the broader project management team to identify dependencies and interactions between projects and their impacts planned work.
• Determine mitigation plans to address risks.

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of project management experience
• OR associate degree with 5+ years of project management experience
• OR high school equivalency with 8+ years of project management experience
• Ability to deliver both agile and waterfall projects that offer outstanding business value to the users
• Strong meeting process and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to do reputed company problem solving
• Create strong relationships and reputed company positive experiences for internal partners
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Unique Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of project management experience
• OR associate degree with 7+ years of project management experience
• OR high school equivalency with 10+ years of project management experience
• 1+ year of Agile hybrid project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar or ability to obtain reputed company 2 years of hire
• Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and takes a proactive approach and consultative approach in making recommendations and advising senior-level staff This position may work remotely but will be required to report to our office in Madison, WI on occasion.
