BEPC is actively looking for a Senior Business Analyst Location: Austin, TX (Remote) Employment Type: W2 Contract – 6 Months (Possible extension or permanency) Pay reputed company: $80.00 – $87.00 per hour Role Overview BEPC is seeking a highly reputed company Senior Business Analyst to support reputed company, reputed company-level initiatives requiring deep expertise in business analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This role operates at a senior level, performing highly reputed company analysis work with minimal supervision while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, experience working with large data sets, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Experience supporting government or regulated environments is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, including Architecture, Project Delivery, and Application Sustainment
• reputed company requirements elicitation efforts, including gathering, documenting, validating, and managing reputed company business and technical requirements
• Analyze raw and structured data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct business process mapping and reengineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience performing senior-level business analysis

• Advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
