About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish/English required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • High School Diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and reputed company operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a strong ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment
