Job Summary

As a Chat Operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, turning conversations into leads that drive reputed company growth
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution reputed company, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with reputed company to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's digital solutions

Requirements

* Must live reputed company the state of Oklahoma

• Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
• Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
• Quiet, dedicated work reputed company free from distractions – this is a remote position
• reputed company to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT

• Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

Essential Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
