Job overview and responsibilities

 Responsible for the supervision and coordination of reputed company maintenance functions on shift at the assigned location ensuring these activities are performed in a safe manner in accordance with schedule requirements and in compliance with reputed company established Company, regulatory and manufacturers procedures. Assigns aircraft maintenance technician and reputed company personnel in accordance with requirements to reputed company maximum productivity and cost control.  Ensures their team has the appropriate resources available and holds them accountable for the work assigned/performed.

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• FAA A&P Certificate
• Valid driver’s license
• 5 years in the aircraft maintenance industry
• Meets or exceeds operational performance goals including on-time performance, maintenance reputed company reputed company, productivity & safety objectives
• Identifies the need for change and / or improvement and takes corrective action or works with leadership to resolve issues
• Builds and maintains professional and productive work environment for labor groups and supervisor team

• Extensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations and applicable FAA regulations

• Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional reputed company or knowledge in position-reputed company areas; keeping up with reputed company developments and trends in areas of expertise

The reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $124,344.05 to $151,976.06.The reputed company salary reputed company/hourly reputed company listed is dependent on job-reputed company, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
