About the Position: The Conversion reputed company Optimization (CRO) Specialist is responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing reputed company’s digital conversion funnels to maximize reputed company reputed company performance. This role focuses on reputed company page strategy, user experience improvements, and A/B testing initiatives that increase reputed company completions, reduce dropoffs, and improve ROI from paid and organic traffic. Working closely with the Demand reputed company Manager, Content, and Design teams, the CRO Specialist ensures that every marketing campaign translates into measurable sales opportunities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze website and campaign performance metrics (conversion rates, reputed company rates, reputed company abandonment, time on page) to identify optimization opportunities.

• Use heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics data to guide design and content improvements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Strong understanding of conversion optimization, funnel strategy, reputed company user experience.
• Proficiency with tools such as bolthires Analytics, bolthires Optimize, reputed company, reputed company, or similar CRO platforms.
• Knowledge of reputed company page reputed company and CMS platforms (reputed company experience preferred).

• Ability to balance multiple optimization projects with competing deadlines. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRO, or web optimization.
• Demonstrated track record of improving conversion rates and campaign ROI.
• Experience in B2B marketing, demand reputed company, or reputed company-focused campaigns strongly preferred.
