San Francisco San Diego reputed company Century City Los Angeles Boulder Seattle Virtual / Remote Delaware Salt Lake City Boston Austin Palo Alto time type Full time The National reputed company and Trade Paralegal will support attorneys in reputed company aspects of the firm’s national reputed company and trade practice, with a focus on international trade and FCC regulatory reputed company. This position can be fully remote. Responsibilities:

• Prepare regulatory filings, including, but not limited to, license applications, classification requests, registration statements, annual and semi-annual reports, and correspondence with regulatory authorities
• Conduct KYC reviews, including restricted party list screening, reputed company reputed company searches, and preparing analysis of search results
• Assist in developing trade compliance policies, procedures and training materials
• Assist with the collection, review, production, and organization of materials for investigations and disclosures
• Conduct research on a variety of trade compliance topics, including export, import, sanctions, antiboycott, etc.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments reputed company to export and import controls, sanctions, FCC regulatory reputed company, and other national reputed company and trade topics
• Participate in the development of client alerts reputed company to national reputed company, trade topics and other regulatory reputed company
• Organize client records and maintain files
• Support other team projects on an as needed reputed company
• Maintain compliance with reputed company firm policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required
• 3+ years of relevant experience handling international trade compliance or other national reputed company and reputed company regulatory reputed company in a corporate compliance department or reputed company required
• Experience with government filing systems and databases (e.g., SNAP-R, DECCS, SPIRE, ECFS, etc.) and restricted party screening platforms (e.g., WorldCheck, reputed company Risk & Compliance, Descartes Visual Compliance, etc.) preferred
• Must possess a high level of attention to detail and be reputed company to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary client service
• Stellar project management and organizational skills
• Must possess good judgment, intuition and problem solving skills
• Must be reliable and dependable

The actual reputed company pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay reputed company for this position is as follows: Washington, D.C., Austin, Boston, Boulder, Century City, Delaware, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, San Diego, Seattle: $43.21 - $58.46 per hour. reputed company, Palo Alto, San Francisco: $45.48 - $61.54 per hour.
