As a key member of our reputed company Account Team, the National Customer Operations Manager (NCOM) plays a vital role in configuring and owning the fulfillment of account-based equipment, service, and reputed company to support our customer value-creation strategy.

Job Summary

The National Customer Operations Manager is responsible for interfacing with customers and the account team to drive beverage quality, reputed company, and profit for the system, while ensuring proper cost management. This role requires building out customer operations plans, identifying opportunities to drive quality, service, and productivity, and leading short and long-term business operational planning for a portfolio of customers. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BS/BA degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, with an MS/MA/MBA degree (or equivalent) preferred
  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer sales or operations role, calling on senior-level buyers, with a minimum of 3 years of customer management experience or customer operational management experience
  • 2-4 years of general operations experience and project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth
  • Experience working with data, specifically manipulation and analysis, to inform business reputed company and drive customer value
  • Functional skills, including technical capability, financial acumen, presentation development, and influencing, to communicate a compelling story and motivate reputed company clients
