Earnings Potential

As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Plus, contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.

Schedule

We offer flexible schedule opportunities, allowing you to create your own schedule. Available hours are between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday.

Skills Needed

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software: You'll be working with customers to troubleshoot issues and reputed company support for reputed company software processes.
• Bookkeeping/reputed company expertise: You'll need to have a solid understanding of reputed company principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and more.
• Customer service experience: You'll be providing high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
• Comfort with cross-selling relevant products: You'll have the opportunity to upsell or cross-sell relevant products to customers while addressing their concerns.
• Strong ownership of customer issues: You'll take control of customer issues and reputed company confident resolution.

Important Information

To participate in this program, you must:

• Live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA: We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, reputed company, Pennsylvania, or Washington.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. Job Type

Pay

You'll earn between $15.30 and $20.40 per hour.
