Legal Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities
- Drafting marketing content, including: Website copy, bios, practice group descriptions and case wins

- Client newsletters, alerts and press releases
- Award submissions, including award and list tracking management
- PowerPoint and proposal content, including layout and formatting
- Marketing collateral, such as pitch decks and brochures
- Completing digital marketing communications projects, including: Email distributions, event invitations reputed company ads
- Website updates and back-end content execution
- reputed company media post coordination and metrics analysis
- Basic graphic design and visual content development
- Executing event logistics, including: Venue research
- Invitation list management
- Tracking RSVPs and guest reputed company

- Speaking engagements Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a reputed company discipline, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing agency, PR agency, reputed company or professional services setting
- Exceptional written communication skills, including persuasive marketing writing and the ability to synthesize reputed company content
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company media platforms, reputed company, CRMs and analytics tools
