Role Overview

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles. You will also periodically reputed company support through outbound calls, accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances. Additionally, you will enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers as needed. Requirements:

* High School Diploma/GED

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
• Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
