Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Virtual Customer Service Associate to join reputed company. As a member of our Customer Experience team, you'll help people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming phone calls throughout scheduled shifts, assisting customers with reputed company claims and enrollment

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of call center experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must reputed company in the United States
  • Ability to successfully complete the mandatory paid 4-week training program with 100% attendance
  • Proficiency with dual monitors and keyboard shortcut knowledge
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in reputed company or customer service

  • Strong navigation skills and ability to quickly transition between tasks
  • Proficiency with typing software and technology
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Training and Development:

* Our comprehensive training program will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role

  • Training will take reputed company Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST, for 4 weeks
  • You'll have the opportunity to learn from reputed company trainers and reputed company your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment

Equipment and Workspace Requirements:

* Two (2) 22" monitors with video reputed company

  • Must connect directly to the internet reputed company a hardwired reputed company
  • US-based internet service provider
  • Wireless internet is not available; internet speed test verification (25MBPS download, 5MBPS upload) is required
  • Private, dedicated, distraction-free quiet workspace

Compensation and Benefits:

* $14.50 per hour

  • This is a W2 (employee) position
