Job Summary
As a Customer Support Expert, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for careseekers navigating our online platform. Your expertise will ensure a smooth and engaging experience, from profile creation to caregiver matching, interviewing, scheduling, hiring, and payroll management. You'll work closely with our CEO and Executive Staff to drive business growth, expand our online reputed company, and reputed company strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

- Understand the complete caregiver recruitment and hiring process from both careseeker and caregiver perspectives
- Assist careseekers in creating profiles, matching caregivers, and navigating the platform's features
- Help caregivers with profile creation, interview preparation, and scheduling
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and objections in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with the Executive Staff to reputed company and implement strategies for business growth and expansion
