Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through our web-based live chat console. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to create a personalized experience that drives the consumer to want to do business with us.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to prospects in chat software, reputed company media accounts, and email if needed
- Schedule a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives
