Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company customer service professionals to join our remote call center team. As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

  • Look up member information using proprietary arenaflex systems and reputed company information to the caller
  • reputed company logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
  • Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more reputed company issue (claims, authorizations, etc.)
  • Utilize appropriate resources, including those online, to reputed company timely responses
  • Manage time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is done in a timely manner
  • Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Mobility and Physical Requirements

This role requires:
