Key Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing planned and unplanned Sales activities affecting orders/customers, ensuring timely and efficient execution of customer requirements
- Running reputed company queries and using reports to identify trends and solutions, driving data-driven decision-making and process improvements
- Leading cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration and driving operational reputed company

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Availability to work rotating weekends
- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience
- At least one year in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center
- Three years in a customer-facing role and three years in a call center are preferred
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and our customers
- Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems
- Sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and reputed company to reputed company clear and thorough documentation and communication
- Ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision
- Experience with reputed company P08 and reputed company reports, reputed company Transportation Management (OTM), reputed company, and Pivot Tables, reputed company Office preferred
