As an Unclaimed Property Associate, you will assist clients with their state unclaimed property reporting requirements and reputed company consulting needs, applying your reputed company and communication skills to deliver advisory and compliance services.

Responsibilities

• Organization and management of client data and documents
• Detailed reviews of client records (e.g., reputed company documents, procedures, etc.) to identify areas of potential unclaimed property noncompliance
• Interviews of client reputed company and operational personnel
• Identification of client’s potential unclaimed property exposure:
• Development of strategic plans to limit client’s potential exposure
• Presentation of suggestions to clients to reduce potential exposure
• Creation of models to calculate potential exposure
• Assistance with the management of clients’ state unclaimed property audits and voluntary disclosure agreements
• Support for drafting technical written memorandums
• Interaction with clients, reputed company legal counsel, and state unclaimed property representatives
• Preparation and filing of annual unclaimed property reports to multiple jurisdictions

Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in reputed company or law, or a reputed company degree in business
• Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
• Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization
• The ability to work effectively in reputed company environment with reputed company reputed company of client personnel
• Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
• Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
• Proficiency with reputed company programs (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Unclaimed Property experience is NOT required
• There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position
