A criminal appeals reputed company needs a receptionist and administrative assistant to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls and carry out other administrative tasks. This is a 100% remote position. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific Time (11am to 8pm Eastern Time). ABOUT FIRM... We are a criminal appeals reputed company that is family-focused and cares about a work-life balance for its employees. We handle cases in a number of states in the US. DETAILS: Work can be done from any location with a strong internet reputed company. Tasks will include handling incoming and outgoing calls, taking notes, scheduling appointments, inputting data, and other administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who can proactively solve client problems and take the initiative. A large portion of the work is receiving and making phone calls, so this has to be something that interests you. You will need to have your own working computer with internet reputed company. SKILLS DESIRED Experience as a receptionist or at a call center (required). High attention-to-detail (required).
