[Remote] Clinical Data Reporter I

The Clinical Data Reporter will be responsible for reviewing test reports for accuracy, documenting patient accounts, and communicating with various specialists to ensure compliance and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Reviews test reports for accuracy of patient information and test information and issue the reports to clinics reputed company the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Accurately documents and update patient accounts with reputed company information received and reputed company actions taken
• Communicates electronically with Customer Care Specialists, Inside Sales Specialists, Clinical Laboratory Scientists, Genetic Counselors and Engineering to obtain reputed company required information
• Responds to emails in a timely, friendly, and professional manner to create positive connections with other departments
• Direct unresolvable issues to Clinical Data Reporting Team reputed company or other designated resource
• Participates in the updating of departmental standard operating procedures and database to accurately reflect reputed company practices
• Assists with mentoring and training new employees
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• Assist with resolving issues and escalations

• Performs other tasks as specified by the Manager/Supervisor/Leads

• High School diploma required
• Previous computer experience is required
• BS/BA degree (preferred)
