The role involves providing tailored education and trading support while focusing on client retention and growth through proactive reputed company and customized support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company tailored education and trading support on margin treatment, strategy employment, and risk management
• Proactive reputed company to reputed company clients aware of reputed company margin calls, ITM options on day of expiration, quarterly relationship development calls
• Grow Active Trader reputed company by uncovering reputed company assets and overseeing the reputed company reputed company
• Customized PET platform demos
• Comprehensive support including product education, trade facilitation and asset gathering
• Exhibit critical thinking / problem solving skills to address client issues and questions
• Act as a liaison between internal support teams to ensure our client’s service needs are met timely
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of reputed company ETRADE & reputed company products / services and be responsible for identifying opportunities to maximize reputed company aspects of the firm
• Focus on the reputed company performance and constantly look at ways to improve overall performance, sales, customer satisfaction and the entire customer experience

Skills

• Thorough understanding of the securities industry including equity, margin, and option trading

• Minimum Years of Experience: 1+ years
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
