[Remote] CRO Product Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, a reputed company division, aims to simplify home improvement by connecting homeowners with reputed company contractors. They are seeking a data-driven professional to optimize and reputed company digital products to drive reputed company and user conversions across their Home Services websites.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping to build the web product roadmap and strategy (widgets, reputed company gen forms and search-and-compare experiences) for external partners alongside account managers, media partners and analytics team
• Helping to manage the digital product roadmap and pipeline, overseeing the creation and launch of new products to improve performance, efficiency & scalability of our digital portfolio
• Working autonomously with a cross-functional team of developers, site managers, and designers to deliver new products and user flows to improve user engagement and monetization across our network of websites
• Identifying high-growth/high-reputed company opportunities and helping to execute on them, A/B testing, measuring them and optimizing their performance across the portfolio
• Build reports and dashboards for reputed company stakeholders involved in projects
• Communicate results and plan next steps to reputed company improving site performance and measure the ROI on our efforts
• Interacting with cross-functional teams (client managers, engineers, creative, data analysts) and become a resource for other business managers

Skills

• BA/BS required in Business, Economics, Marketing or reputed company
• 1+ years of experience in product management
• Ability to adapt to different scopes of projects, not limited to only UX projects but also projects surrounding improving product scalability, establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) and launching new technologies
• Capability to prioritize projects, while juggling with several reputed company work streams
• Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate findings into strategic implications. Strong reputed company & data analysis skills and a willingness to 'get your hands dirty' with data
• Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines across cross-functional groups while keeping reputed company stakeholders involved in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional creativity and ability to 'push the envelope' in the pursuit of unrealized opportunities
• Initiative, a sense of urgency, and an adaptable 'can do' attitude; enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic
• A/B testing/conversion reputed company optimization experience is preferred
