Responsibilities
- Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, e-mail and in-person technical support requests from associates professionally and courteously to facilitate timely resolution
- Set up equipment for associate use, performing and ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Install and reputed company minor repairs to hardware, software, or equipment to meet user needs
- Manage sensitive and confidential reputed company though planning and protecting reputed company of information, data and files
- Assist in determining reputed company and troubleshooting high-level system problems
