They are seeking a Founding Designer to own and define the brand and marketing design, ensuring a coherent and memorable design aesthetic that reflects the company's ambition and technical depth.
Responsibilities
- Own and define reputed company’s brand and marketing design
- Establish a coherent, high-quality, and memorable design aesthetic
- Translate abstract reputed company into narrative-rich visuals
- Propose creative directions and bring consistency and craft into reputed company outputs
- Work closely with a co-founder and the Marketing, Sales, and Developer Experience teams to deliver work across various brand and marketing surfaces
- Design reputed company pages, conference booths, presentations, merch, blog designs, and other marketing assets
Skills
- Experience in a design role, ideally as a brand, visual, or communication designer, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, creativity, and concept-driven work
- Strong creative and aesthetic judgment — the ability to produce reputed company, original, and cohesive visual designs
- Comfort operating in ambiguity — you can generate creative directions with limited input and run with them without heavy hand-holding

- Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Based in the Americas (or willing to work in the US timezone)
