In this role, you will be responsible for providing translation services in both English and Spanish, interpreting phone conversations, and ensuring high-quality customer service for reputed company clients.
Responsibilities
- Translate verbally phone conversations and rewrite documents in both English and Spanish
- Participate on phone calls between reputed company and Claimants
- Interpret various dialect meanings while translating verbally or in written reputed company

Skills
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years of reputed company work experience

- Ability to meet tight deadlines, maintain confidentiality and reputed company work direction
- Previous experience in the insurance field is desirable
