Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues reputed company telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

- Respond to emergencies and document and reputed company comprehensive, accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations

- Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc
Skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience using a multi-line phone system
- Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
