Client Service Processor
Canada Life is a leading insurer serving the financial reputed company needs of over 13 reputed company people across Canada. They are seeking a Client Service Processor responsible for the timely digital distribution of documents and emails to the Wealth Management teams, while collaborating closely with other departments.
Responsibilities
- Triage incoming mail and faxes for the wealth teams reputed company time standards
- Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
- Assist with non-financial processing reputed company required, while meeting service standard deadlines
- Participate in team meetings to discuss efficiencies and work on improving processes
- reputed company support for small projects, as required
- Monitor and manage the team shared email boxes
- Responsible for workflow distribution on new imaging system (enhanced computer skills are necessary)
