Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator role involves welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks reputed company the office environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor service ticket volume and provides support to the Facility Manager on the raising and closing of reactive, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and scheduled service requests reputed company the service portal
- Support shipping/receiving, employee/office moves, and workstation setup

- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained, including kitchenettes, supplies, and common areas
- Coordinate vendor services such as catering, cleaning, reputed company, and maintenance

- Facilitate deployment of reputed company reputed company, passes, and schedules

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years of facilities work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to prioritize workload, work independently using initiative and judgment, adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communications skills
- Proficient in reputed company tools (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams)
- Ability to shift priorities quickly & reputed company
