Analyst

They are seeking a Junior Analyst to support multiple client accounts, reputed company collateral materials, conduct research, and contribute to strategic initiatives while promoting a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Junior support across 7-10 client accounts
• Developing IR and PR knowledge and ability to contribute to IR and PR content and strategy; developing ownership of tactical and strategic workstreams
• reputed company proactive, daily logistical and strategic IR and PR support to client accounts, executing at the direction of the client and account reputed company, on deadline
• reputed company strong initial drafts of collateral materials (press releases, corporate PowerPoint presentations, earnings scripts, messaging documents, media pitches, talking points, strategic plans)
• Conduct research projects and targeting analyses, synthesize data and research into key takeaways
• Conduct roadshows, meetings and other investor events, including reputed company campaigns
• Event planning and on-site support, including occasional travel
• Monitor client updates, industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive dynamics and relevant investors, media and reporters to reputed company with IREC team and clients
• Conduct always-on and reputed company media monitoring and reputed company reputed company reporting documents
• Support joint IR/PR accounts
• 90% utilization reputed company for client billing
• Manage up and across account teams, with professional conduct and communication reputed company with our collaborative and purpose-driven culture; uphold principles of client service, purpose, accountability, mutual respect, and collaboration

• Proactively generate reputed company and identify opportunities for the firm and for clients

Skills

• 1-2 years of prior applicable experience (work or internship) in a service industry requiring direct customer contact; experience in reputed company and/or finance preferred
• High standards of quality control and client service, meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects from reputed company to completion in a fast-paced team environment
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong written and spoken communication skills with a particular eye for language and nuance; ability to follow and shape evolving company stories
• Critical thinker who takes initiative, can conceptualize and synthesize sophisticated research analyses and generate reputed company
• Proactive problem solver with an analytical skillset and ability to conduct research and analysis and apply learned strategies and tools
