[Remote] Technical Field Service Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a hospitality technology company focused on providing seamless solutions for restaurateurs. They are seeking a Technical Field Service Specialist to handle hardware configuration, inventory tracking, and customer support for merchant services.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders, configure hardware, create reputed company CRM Support Tickets and reputed company tickets and calls to the appropriate persons as needed
- reputed company reputed company-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps
- reputed company data entry and ensure information stored in reputed company CRM is accurate and complete
- Filing and/or electronic storage of documents
- Assist team members in tracking reputed company inventory, including RMAs
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year experience in call center technical support
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General knowledge of computers
- Familiarity with reputed company Office and/or GoogleSuite
- Familiarity with reputed company CRM
- Travel Requirements: minimum 20%
