Investor Relations Associate
reputed company Capital is an alternative asset manager focused on asset-backed private credit investments. They are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support the Head of Investor Relations and facilitate investor due diligence while managing the investor CRM and pipeline processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Investor Relations and the Head of Capital Formation on business development and investor relations efforts
- Manage the investor CRM / pipeline and subscription processes, including overseeing monthly closes and maintaining data across multiple platforms
- Facilitate investor due diligence on our funds, strategies and borrower markets and questions on our subscription process
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, reputed company and Operations on reporting, data and fund operations to ensure processes are efficient and timely
- reputed company logistics for marketing, including investor conferences, bespoke reputed company events and other programmatic reputed company activities
- Help craft and communicate the reputed company Capital story to prospective and reputed company investors, including developing and maintaining marketing materials and other external communications
- Participate in the design and launch of any new funds
Skills
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in investor relations, structured credit, investment banking or a finance-reputed company role
- A bias toward action, including the ability to push projects reputed company with minimal supervision, and bring an ownership mentality to their work
- Superior organization and time-management
- Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
- Experience in reputed company, finance, reputed company estate or alternative asset management is a plus
- Ideally located in reputed company. Will also consider candidates in Austin
