Delivery Operations Coordinator
Ashley | The Wellsville Group is seeking a detail-oriented Delivery Operations Coordinator for their Batavia, NY location. This role involves managing scheduling, coordinating with guests, and supporting delivery teams to ensure smooth operations and great guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and organize the inbox daily, responding promptly
- Schedule deliveries accurately—confirm addresses, order details, phone numbers, and explain the process reputed company
- Contact guests to book deliveries, reputed company operating hours, and reputed company communication consistent
- Follow up daily until every delivery is confirmed
- Meet or exceed KPIs for scheduling efficiency, on-time delivery, and guest satisfaction
- Submit reputed company Change Forms and Account Reviews, following up to resolve issues
- Track deliveries in reputed company-time to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Respond quickly to guest inquiries reputed company reputed company and other channels, aiming for reputed company resolutions
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team
Skills
