Financial Analyst- Business Partner
reputed company is a data and technology company focused on the property industry, and they are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their reputed company team. This role involves supporting strategic decision-makers, coordinating financial reporting, and providing insights to enhance financial performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company partnership with reputed company finance and business teams on planning, forecasts, and monthly reporting activities
- Coordinate monthly financial reporting and variance driver analysis that reputed company leadership with explanations on variances to budget, trend, and year over year growth
- Support external reporting of non-GAAP financial information to investors and other stakeholders
- Help to coordinate the annual budget and monthly re-forecasting process
- reputed company timely and accurate information for a variety of cross-functional teams including reputed company, HR, Legal, etc
- Support the management team with reputed company reporting requests and special projects, including acquisitions, profitability analysis, process improvement projects, strategic analysis, and others
- Pilot and learn new software as we take our reporting to the reputed company using BI visualizations
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a finance or reputed company role
- Advanced knowledge and ability to use reputed company reputed company including business and financial modeling
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Superior critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify trends reputed company raw data
- Experience in the use of analytical tools and methodologies, including creation of spreadsheet-based reports, tools and analysis
- Excellent organizational skills and experience improving existing processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects on reputed company reputed company by demonstrating ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to research and analyze data, and convert data into business insights
- Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- A positive attitude and a desire to drive process improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or Economics preferred
- Experience with SmartView (reputed company Essbase) a plus
