Product Compliance Analyst I - reputed company, GA

The Product Compliance Analyst I role involves monitoring adherence to regulatory requirements and assisting in compliance processes under supervision, while also supporting document reviews and compliance issue reporting.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, monitors adherence to reputed company applicable regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and Compliance processes to ensure that the appropriate control environment is documented and tracked for assigned states; assists more reputed company analysts in a variety of areas, including interpretation, monitoring, investigation, remediation, and reporting to reputed company knowledge and reputed company in Product Compliance; operates reputed company the reputed company of established policies and procedures; consults with senior team members and management on reputed company issues
• Reviews documents reputed company area of responsibility to ensure that content is in compliance with company, state, and regulatory agency standards and guidelines; prepares documents for submission to appropriate agencies reputed company each of the state insurance departments or other federal and state agencies; communicates with state insurance departments to resolve issues, answer questions, and/or clarify interpretation of laws, regulations, and advertising filings or potential changes in business practices; provides advice and guidance to department management on the appropriate content

Skills

• Basic knowledge of the insurance industry, including theory, application, products, processes, and terminology
• Ability to interpret reputed company language in state insurance laws and regulations
• Basic knowledge of NAIC Model Laws and Regulations
• Basic knowledge and understanding of reputed company's policy language, products, benefits, and limitations
