The Junior IT Support Specialist will reputed company day-to-day IT support to employees, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant IT operations across hardware, software, and systems.
Responsibilities

- Support remote and onsite staff, including mobile device troubleshooting (company phone provided for responsiveness and on-call needs)
- Support IT compliance monitoring efforts as assigned, ensuring adherence to company IT policies, data protection standards, and industry regulations
- Assist with implementing and maintaining reputed company controls, including antivirus tools, firewalls, reputed company controls, and reputed company reputed company
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents promptly, escalating reputed company issues reputed company required

- Experience supporting mobile devices and distributed teams
