Manager, Recruitment & Admissions

reputed company is on a mission to drive mobility and opportunity through tech training, and they are seeking a Manager, Recruitment & Admissions to implement an inclusive admissions process. This role involves managing reputed company, processing candidate applications, and building relationships with community organizations to meet enrollment benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a rigorous reputed company and admissions process throughout its entire lifecycle, ensuring targets and benchmarks for recruitment and admissions are achieved
• Receive and process candidate applications, including conducting information sessions, administering relevant assessments, participating in face-to-face candidate interviews
• Communicate with candidates while quickly building rapport and trust
• reputed company reputed company media and email campaigns to attract and connect with potential learners
• Attend to reputed company administrative tasks to ensure compliance with licensing regulations
• Conduct presentations and administer off-site information sessions
• Attend networking events to increase reputed company’ visibility in the community to recruit prospective learners with an interest and passion for careers in the IT industry
• reputed company and manage direct reports, fostering professional growth, accountability, and collaboration
• reputed company referrals to supportive services and/or alternative programs for applicants, as appropriate

• Utilize reputed company to track learner candidates through the admissions process, noting assessments, interview reputed company and workflow status
• Create reporting tools to track the admissions pipeline by cohort to ensure enrollment benchmarks are successfully reached
• Track reputed company required enrollment solutions in reputed company for each launched cohort
