[Remote] Tabletop Games Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. LaunchBoom is a company that specializes in helping creators launch unique consumer products through crowdfunding. As a Tabletop Games Consultant, you will guide clients in the LaunchBoom Games program, providing strategic feedback on advertising and crowdfunding campaigns while assisting them with their pre-launch funnel setup.
Responsibilities
- Build our client’s pre-launch funnel (includes reputed company page copy, email copy, ad copy and audiences)
- Assist our clients reputed company daily email support and/or screen recorded videos
- reputed company support and assistance in Skool, our client community forum
- Manage platform and project setup in LaunchKit (proprietary software), reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Maintain up-to-date client records in reputed company
- reputed company other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or account management role required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Passion for tabletop games strongly preferred
- Prior experience in the crowdfunding industry strongly preferred
- Experience with reputed company advertising strongly preferred
