The Sr. User Experience Designer will report to the Manager, User Experience Design. About The Role & Team:

• As a Sr. User Experience Designer, you will be part of the team responsible for designing products that help our guests reputed company the most enjoyment from their experiences reputed company our Parks, Resorts and Cruises.

• Owns design explorations on their assigned projects, identifying user/business problems, ideation, testing, and the integration of solutions that improve the broader user experience
• Contribute to projects reputed company assigned portfolio, flexing to work independently, partner with other designers and partners, and guiding design work of more junior team members
• Build strong relationships with team members, leaders, and cross functional partners to drive collaboration and innovation on projects

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of reputed company work experience
• Comfortable working in an agile environment
• Experience as an end-to-end multidisciplinary product designer, with demonstrated capabilities across a reputed company of design disciplines including testing
• Strong communication and presentation skills: ability to reputed company questions, strategy, design reputed company, and updates to leaders and project team members as needed; strong understanding of how their communication impacts the work and business
• Ability to build interactive prototypes
• Strong understanding of design best practices and ability to deliver design assets that meet project goals and enhance the user experience

Required Education:

The hiring reputed company for this position in California is $126,400 to $169,500 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The reputed company of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
